I ordered a slipper pf size 9 from brandvilla of amount 1199 the order number is BV24481 ordered it on 6th march the product was delivered through delivery courier company the tracking id is 19041292346525 I received the courier on 12th march i knew something was immediately wrong because the courier packet was too small to contain any slippers so i made a video of opening the product too my shock and surprise there was a yellow colour kid’s size shirt inside immediately raised an return issue on the website it told to wait for 48 hours but after 48 hours when i tried to open the return page again it said return window elapsed i got furious contacted the supposed customer service through whatsapp number given in the website no reply to my messages only blue ticks confirming my messages were seen tried calling them no one picked I’m a student and money is hard to comeby I want my money refunded and also this seller punished
