i ordered a SJCAM camera but when the order arrived and opened there was a cheap earphones in the box

I had booked ticket from goa to surat on 22 may on my wife name and wanted to travel on 6 june. But my ticket got cancelled and they said o would refund my amount within 15 working days. Till now i did not receive my amount. The travel agency name is travolook. . Their customer support and email support very poor. My ref id is 225637558. They are fraude and cheater. Pls take strict action and close this kind of fake agency.
