Text of Complaint by Ahana Das:

I ordered three photo frames from Freakykart, each priced at 399, on May 26, 2024. I received an email and a confirmation on the site stating the order would arrive by June 5, 2024. However, it’s now June 11, and the order still hasn’t arrived. Additionally, the contact numbers are incorrect, and no one answers calls or responds to emails. The order was prepaid, and now I don’t see any chance of it arriving in the next 2-3 months.

I tried contacting their Instagram page as well, where they post content daily, but they don’t respond there either. Please take legal action to stop their business. I’ve seen many other complaints from people who have invested 10,000 rupees in products and haven’t received their orders.
