I have ordered a saree on 6th Aug from Lakshmi Boutique an Instagram seller which is popular and has won many awards too. After placing an ordered I received a confirmation email from the seller and till date there has been no response or updates regarding my order. Order ID:47291 I tried reaching out to them via Instagram,emails and phone calls but no response. Their phone is either switched off or busy. If they can’t handle such massive orders why do they start such business which can’t be handled properly by them. There’s no way I can reach out to them other than phone calls. Please help me with this either I receive the shipment or refund the amount.

I ORDER 15 DAYS AGO I NOT GET MY ORDER. I HAVE ORDER ID ONLY NOW I ALSO AFFECTED.

Refunded the amount Rs,1210.00 on 24th August.
