On july 16/2022, I order “Mini Luggage RC Toy” from the website “https://home-cinema-com-in.myshopify.com/” priced 499/ without tax and shipping charge. I got a confirmation saying the product order is receirved and to be shipped soon(i have attached the mail, please see). Though, from the next day onwards, I have gotten no any response whatsoever, and the customer care mail they have provided doesn’t have replied to the queries that I have sent.
