Ordered a product under flipkart pay later scheme uskng their credit and paid the due amount the same day of purchase but received a damaged product and asked for refund of 406 rs which they say they initiated and cometed to pay later account but i have already paid from my bank and even if i receive it in pay later i will have to pay it back whenever i will use it ,my money is gone.

On placing a order via flipkart pay later i ordered of around 1440 rs and made the payment to flipkart to their pay later the same day from my bank, but qhen i received a defective product i initiated a return and refund of the money ,and as they are showing me they refunded it back to the source i.e. pay later credit but that credit is of no use because what i have already paid from my bank i have not received it,even if they had refunded it to pay later balance i will have to again pay it back to them whenever i will use it,my money is gone.
