I ordered a WIRELESS BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AND EARBUDS on 06.05.2020. Ref no. IGAIOLZCX6 from ShineSummer.com and paid Rs.999/ online through PayU. The money went to one Ankit Jain and I received a confirmation of order.My order id is 12804559110283,but i have not yet received delivery, even though it has been more than 4 days not yet received any further progress on its delivery.
I wanted to cancel the order and wrote to the given email which does not exist. There is no customer care number too and they do not reply through mails or through FB Messenger.
I want to cancel my order and money refund.
