I had ordered three shirts worth 999/- from ShineSummers.in, my order id is Order SS4135, however i am yet to receive delivery, eventhough it has been more than a week now,also havenot yet received any further progress on its delivery
The email id shown in their email addressed to me regarding acknowledgement of my order gives Consumer contacts email id, which is not contactable as iam receiving non-delivery due to wrong address whenever iam trying to mail them.

My father had placed order of Note 7 pro phone worth 3000Rs online payment, through this website and now they(shinesummer.com) are not responding. There is no way to cancel the order or getting refund. Please help us?

You can file compliant against those who were directly involved in this cheating viz. the advertised media, the gateway which providing fund transfer facility and the the person who received your money. And the first respondent should be the social media or the media of advertisement.
