Ordered a product from Flipkart and received a totally different product. Approach Flipkart customer service and my request to refund was taken as request to replacement and that too cancelled for four times already

Text of Complaint by Syedia:

I have ordered G ILIKA Rear Window, Side Window Sun Shade which costs Rs.706/- and I paid the amount. But received an i7S earpods box with poor packaging.
I enclosed all the details with Flipkart customer service and requested for replacement. But my replacement request was cancelled. Then I contacted Flipkart customer service agent and requested return. But it was taken as replacement request and that too cancelled within the said date. Again I contacted Flipkart customer support agent and placed a return request. But that too taken up as replacement request and cancelled within three days. So again I contacted Flipkart customer support agent and my request was reopened and April 25th was the said date for resolving the issue. But my issue was not resolved and the status in Flipkart app shows that the issue was resolved.
Now I’m with the wrong product. I want to return the wrongly delivered product and want a full refund of my money, that is Rs. 706.
