I placed an order of one plus 7 mobile on 4 July 2020 from trendzmarts.in for 999.99/-. It showed that the order was placed but when I called the customer care to know more info they told that the order isnt placed and they are going to refund me my money and asked me to forward a message to 7304448343 this number and then shared a form to be filled where they were asking my Full name, refund amount and UPI PIN, when I refused to share my UPI PIN, the customer care(9123981131) person, he became rude and talked aggressively that if I want my refund I will have to share my UPI PIN.
I am trapped for 999.99/-. Kindly do the needful to stop such scammmers from scamming people. I see many people have registered complaints against them. I strict action is really needed.
