Text of Complaint by Promit saha:

Ordered an office chair from Flipkart on 19th October 2022 and got the delivery of a damaged chair on 28th October 2022. I have raised a return request on 28th October, after that on 29th October two persons from the flipkart’s tech visit team visited my place at 9pm for the verification of the damaged product and they told me there office has closed and they cannot upload the photos of the damaged products so they told me that they will complete the work on the next morning as soon as the office opens, and they leaved. After that on 2nd November my return complained got cancelled. And I have raised an another complain for refund on 2nd November and on the very next day the same person from the tech visit team called and told me that they have the photos of the damaged product as they have visited the last time so denied to visit and told me they will upload the photos. On 5th November 2022 the pickup agent denied to take the damaged product and told that they didn’t have the photos uploaded by the tech visit team. After that I called the customer support team for help, and they have arranged another pickup for the damaged product on 7th November. Today 7th November the pickup agent called me and told that their software is asking for a damage check. And as the product is already damaged they again denied for the pickup.
