I ordered a Christian Dior tote large size bag from the Brand Mart website, but I received a different and very old bag which has rust stains on it. I raised a return request through mail and watsapp number but there is no response

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
