Text of Complaint by Sai Aswanth:

I’ve ordered an dress on instagram and made the payment using UPI. But the seller – Fashion Vastaras, didn’t ship the product, despite many requests from our side she told that she will ship it and look it. But she didn’t ship the product. Eventually we were fed up with her and don’t know what to do. Then I called her she deflects that it is more than 30 days from the order date. That we cant do anything. Then we left it don’t know what to do since there is no way of getting the refund. Then we came upon this platform and many customers faced the same issues from the same seller. Pls help us out. I’m attaching all the order details and payment screenshot and the seller reply and their denial. No reply in both insta and whats app.
