I ordered 5 similar sets from Meesho of 371 each…the seller shipped them all together and packed a very cheap worth 100 rs in that courier which was supplsed to have 5 sets and sent to me..I opened the parcel and couldnot identify my order as i had never ordered that set…i called the meesho cust care and they said that they have raised complaint 9215642, on which the courier person will pick the wrongly delivered parcel and refund will be initiated. They said this issue will be dealt on my complaint number and i dnt need to do anything. Now when no one turned up for the return pick up, i checked with the customer service and tbey said that i havent raised a return request and so the pick up wont happen and n
U will have to bear the loss…They hung up on me everytime i call and explain this to them. They are pathetic to talk to…and no grievance management id there….kindly help me to get this sorted asap.
