I’ve ordered a combo product from #JHINGALAL STORE by 11th of november 2021 and i rcvd only a single product instead of combo 4 product. I raised a complaint for replacement and after waiting for 2 days and having conversation with amazon care. they are saying that I’ve to do pickup from myself to the seller by self with the help of any courier partner. the after they will do replacement or refund the amount.
The mistake happen from the AMAZON and Their SELLER but amazon wants customer to penalize in terms of money and their time.
If we’re having so much of this time then why i could buy anything from amazon online. we can go easily offline shops and buy from there.
I’ve talked their seniors support and they’re worst in terms of customer support. I really want to punish amazon or thier seller for this mistake.
