Text of Complaint by V. V. S. N. Manish babu:

I have ordered pants in Vanopepat website. I have chosen Cash on delivery payment method. I received an order and having bill of 1500 on it. So I gave the amount and while I’m checking the courtier, I found that the products are different. The size, model, quality everything is different. So I sent mail for customer support but hadn’t received any update from them. When I went back to website, it is showing that website is under maintenance. I have sent mail with description please process the refund and take back your order as it didn’t match any of the product details. But there is no response from Guam and I feel like it was a fraud.
