Sir/ mam , i hd ordered 2 pairs of Clara earrings from Amazon . Order#408-1454704-0034718 .
The packet reached my district on 11april. I needed it urgently as was going out of town for 10 days so requested the delivery company to deliver the packet on the same day as some times they deliver late after 1 or1.5 days. I The packet was delivered on 11april in the late evening 6:30pm abt. When the packet was opened we received only one box of earrings ..which should be of 2 in no. I talked to customer care , they said to wait for 4-5 as they will do investigation.

After 10 days i reached customer service and they said they can’t refund .
I tried for placing the replacement for the missing product. It was accepted. But whn the replacement arrived the delivery boy refused to deliver it as I was not having product for the replacement to happen. This whole thing consumed the return window days.

I reached customer service again. They again said they can’t help me in this as according to their investigation the delivery was complete.

Thus, since then I am trying to get my refund. But amazon representatives are not helping. I tried Social media handle ..again they refused to refund.

I want my refund .
Plus amazon india should share evidences of scanning images of the packet which is carried out right from the seller’s shop andat each point of logistics .
