I am not sure what type of Fraud is this.
I have ordered VINJURI PACK OF 2 T800 Series 8 Ultra Smart Watch but I have received only one.
Below is the order ID from FLIPKART
Order ID – OD428799364268313100
Before I buying the product I chat with FLIPKART and they also confirmed its pack of two smartwatch. But You have send only one smartwatch. I need another smartwatch or refund me back.
I am not able to return the product too as it says open box delivery and cannot return the product. This is very disappointing to me and very unhappy about this fraudulent activity.
If I call to customer care they are saying you need to reject the order at the time of delivery but delivery agent said you need to pay money first and then box will be opened. I am really not sure what type of scam is this.
If you need more details please let me know. I am happy to share the info.
Please help to get rid of this scam.
