I have shared this with all of the emails at your website but no action is taken.
The delivery guy has not delivered this deliberately and showed up that I have not stood up while he was not standing near my house.
He didnt gave back the order at the store and marked there delivered and turned rejected at zomato making all my faults.
I want this as a refund now because it was never my fault.
After he cancelled I contacted him as well but he was continously rejecting my calls. This behaviour is not at all acceptable where a company like this where no action is been taken.
I have mailed the screenshots as well where he was interacting with us.
Hope to see this as a solution now and I hope some help will be delivered.
Attached call records where interaction was done, so dont blame that we were not interacting. the delivery boy was not even moving an inch and he got away.
We need refund now.
Pls issue the refund.
