1. One day I received a call that I have ordered a shoulder bag,I told the girl that I didn’t.she said ma’am your parcel has been dispatched
2. She was not able to tell my records of ordering
3. Yesterday courier boy called me that I have an cod order and my address was not mentioned
4. I told him the address to return the product but due to some reason I was not at home so my son paid and got the parcel
5. When we opened that 2 small mobile cover were there which are easily available within 20-30 rupees
6. My son paid rs 900 for those
7. Please help me to get my money back
