Hi,
I have placed a recent order no 206 on 10th September.
After one and half hour of placing the order, manager told me that it would take another half an hour to deliver it and so i cancelled it.
Even though after cancellation, it is showing delivered in the app and now after raising complaint manager is refusing to release the refund and he is saying that i have to place another order.
First of all the order was not delivered and now more harassment by not releasing the refund.
The same has happened with me before the order was not delivered and the refund was not issued by the same restaurant.
I have raised a complaint with dominos Ref no 3819303, but this was saying it is resolved.
Kindly help in getting my refund
