With reference to trailing mail, I have not received refund yet for the product you have not delivered to me on 28.07.2020.
I have ordered bru Coffee and Lifebuoy soap(bill attached) but I got kaffee(image attached) and lifebuoy soap is missing in my order and I have already informed you earlier but till date I haven’t received refund for the same.
I have raised ticket on 28.07.2020 regarding undelivered item and today is 18.10.2020.I am not getting any solution from your side in this matter till date.
Please reply whether I have to sent mail to your chairman for resolving this issue.
