Dear Team,
I ordered food on paytm ondc service. But food order not delivered by the Dunzo delivery agent. I raised complaint in paytm but nobody responded back and orders it is showing delivery successful. I don’t what is happening. Who is responsible for my money. I asked to cancel the order and refund in help & support but response. Please help me.
