Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, I Had placed an order by Paytm order number is 6649690519 amounting 245 Rs the expected delivery was 14th December but till then i didn’t received the order so i asked for cancellation to paytm. I am not present at my address since 15th December nd i have not received any call from the courier guy about delivering of the order.
Surprising is that i have not received the item but status is showing as delivered on 20th December.
Kindly take appropriate action against the paytm & service provider as well and please process the refund as soon as possible.
