Dear Sir,

I had ordered a Readme Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue 64 GB) (6 GB Ram) I amounting to RS 2999 and I had made an instant Payment through Pay Umoneny and the payment was received by them. I received a mail from Shine Summer promising that they will confirm through mail once the item dispatched but after that I have tried to mail them several times regarding dispatch details and tracking which further shows as non existences of domain.

Please try to get me a refund of the amount of RS 2999 Credited to my account. I don’t think that they will deliver the product so refund of the amount of RS 2999 is the best option according to me.
