Dear Sir,
I had ordered a blue tooth Sony Speaker and a set of ear buds amounting to Rs.999 and I had made an instant payment through Pay U Money and the payment was received by Ankit Jain. I received a mail from Shine Summer promising the delivery of the products in 5 days but after that I have tried to mail them several times regarding dispatch details and tracking which further shows as non existence of domain help@shinesummer.in
Please try to get me a refund of the amount of Rs.999 credited to my account.I don’t think that they will deliver the products so refund of the amount of Rs.999 is the best option according to me.

Sir, I have ordered a Blue tooth speaker and bose ear buds. But only the speaker I have received on 13th.may there was no charger and Bose ear buds in the box. On the slip of couriers box it was mentioned. I want the refund of this product.
