I order sound box from paytm on 15-apr-22 and same is not delivered yet and paytm people are saying that has been already been delivered then I informed I haven’t received it yet and nor i received any call from delivery boy.
They are not agreeing in this then I said it’s fine if they don’t want to believe in this so please deactivate my all services with paytm then they are saying that they need that device to deactivate
And they said they will send there employee where my address is afterthat I shared address with them now they deny that in the given address they have no services of employee now my question is if they are not having services to my given address then how they can deliver it.
Again I said no a issue I will bear that loss just deactivate it so that there won’t be monthly charges which I am paying unnecessary on this they are saying that they need that device so how can send them device which I haven’t received yet.
It is seriously humiliation.
