my order shows delivered but not received.
On contacting, the delivery partnerz it gives proof of delivery which wasnt genuine then, on scolding them, it says that shipment is lost and paytm will refund you. Paytm doesnt reply on messages, all the numbers provided are wrong, emailse are bouncing back. Highly disappointed, it’s been a month and no remedy.
