I had ordered an earpods worth 5k in flipkart for a friend. Since the friend wasn’t available at home I requested the delivery agent to deliver it the next day. The delivery agent took my friends number and asked for the OTP. I told him I cannot give otp since it’s not delivered. He said he’ll updated the status as reattempt delivery. So I provided him the OTP. It’s been one day after that and he hasn’t delivered the Flipkart agents have also not responded yet.
