I ordered on flipkart on 11 Feb 2023. Expected delivery date was 15 feb 2023.
On 15, it showed my parcel is out for delivery but not delivered.
After few days when i checked in website, it showed item delivered to me on 20 feb 2023. But i have not received the parcel. No one contacted me before delivery. I have not received a single message about delivery. Even i never received otp for delivery. When i contacted flipkart customer care, they said they can’t do anything in this regard. Please help me, my money stucked as this was prepaid order.
