I ordered one jacket from Tokyo talkies and on 9th December 2023 it was marked delivered on the website but I did not recieve any parcel and the delivery agent did not even call before delivering the parcel . Either the parcel has been delivered to some random person without checking properly or not delivered at all. I request refund of the money I have paid the order .
