I have ordered shoes from meesho.I got the order delivered at my given address on12th April. I have ordered sports shoes but received soap instead of shoes. I Haved call on same day to Meesho customer care. They told me to raise return request. After Pickup I will get my refund. I raised return request but remarks was that your pickuo address is not serviceable. I request with different pincode but same remarks.
I requested a call back again on 17-April and received a call from meesho customer care.
I told all the details that I have ordered shoes from meesho and soap was delivered on 12th April. Agent Laxmi told me that it should report within 96 hours and this was needed to process in garbage. But now it’s more than 96 hours so she cant help on this because I haven’t complained within 96 hours. I raised the complaint on the same day on12th April and marked mail also. On the same day I request for call back, an agent called me and asked me to raise a return request.After pickup I will get my refund. Pickup is showing that address is not serviceable. That agent didn’t tell me about the garbage process. But today Laxmi told me that she can’t help now on this. Is this my fault ?? I have a complaint on the same day for the wrong item. Why was this not garbage processed on the same day.
Till the time no respone from Meesho.
