I had ordered a product from Meesho on 19th December that was supposed to be delivered on 25th December. On 25th December, when i checked my app, it says that the product has been delivered but no one came to deliver the product. I have checked with my security and neighbors and no one delivered the order. The order cannot be delivered without the OTP and no one called me for the OTP before delivering the order. There is one more order placed on meesho with the same issue. The courier company used is Libera Elasticrun. There are many complaints against this company and Meesho should not allow sellers to use this courier company to fulfill orders. I have tried initiating a chargeback from Paytm but they say that they are unable to do anything. I want a refund for both the orders that were placed or ship the product again using a different courier company.
