I have made an order(order I’d -304997038436) on meesho app on 11.09.2022, after a day on 12.09.2022 i cancelled the order through the app itself.But unfortunately the order was already dispatched,when the delivery agent came to deliver the order we did not accept the order as we had already cancelled it on the app.The status visible to us on app showed to be return initiated but I did not receive any refund even after 10 days.So at the 11th day i called up the customer service to check the status, they refused to accept my complaint and denied to provide the refund as the complaint was made after 48 hours.Kindly assist
