I had placed a return order on ajio app. It is a watch worth rs 5600. I received a call from ajio asking to choose options to continhe to return for which they will offer rs50 in my credits or i can press 2 to continue with return. I had press 2 to continue with the return. I raised a complaint with ajio they stated that they dont make such calls hence my complaint has been raised and issue woukd be resolved and they directed me not to respond to such calls. Again on 6th dec i received a call to which i didnt respond. For every fake call(as told by the custonercare executive) the app updates with a notification that attempt hadbeen made to pickup the return order and they couldnot reach me out. I think ajio is fooling me. I had place two seperate orders total costing 11000. I request consumer court to help me resokve this issue sooner.
