Text of Complaint by Vipan Lohtia:

I had order oneplus buds Z2 from amazon. I have ordered on 11 july. I was checked it, it was defective. So i added request to return it. It was pickedup from me on 26 july. When i called back to amazon, agent said your refund will back till 2 august. Today’s 2 august, so when i had call today to amazon, agent said warehouse said product is not same as which is sent by them. Now agent said wait till 6 august.
So it is a tomuch bad service.
