HELLO SIR,
I JUST ORDERED A EARPHONE FROM PAYTM MALL WHEN I RECEIVED THAT ORDER THE EARPHONES WERE SED AS WELL AS DAMAGED FOR WHICH I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT OF REPLACEMENT AND IT’S PAYTM NORMS TO REPLY WITH 4 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEENĀ 4 DAYS AND STILL I AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY AND AFTER 1-2 DAYS IF THEY DID NOT REPLACE IT THAN ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY OF 7 DAYS WILL BE ENDED. HENCE, I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND HELP ME.
