Text of Complaint by Abeena:

I placed the order in zomato. The delivery boy called and told me he reached the gate. I went down . Nobody was there. Then he was standing in some other location. They he said said he cannot come to my location. Call came from zomato executive. She also said cannot deliver to this location. And said the order will be cancelled without refund. If they cannot deliver to a location, why they are allowing to order from that location.  I used to order from zomato.  Atleast they can refund right?
