Text of Complaint by SAMEER SHAIKH:

I ordered a flat mop from Shop 101 however it came with missing attachment and is useless without the attachment. I contacted Shop 101 Ticket ID – [#1009556] however they conveniently pushed it on their reseller and provided me with their contact. I have been trying to contact the reseller for the past 10 days and they are neither picking up their ph nor are they responding on email. Looking at a no response I reached out to shop 101 again but they have refused to help sighting resellers issue. If they do not have any control or say on their resellers they should not be having them onboard. Also they should take complete ownership of all order irrespective of who is fulfilling them. when the item was sent it came with Shop 101 brand name both in SMS as well as other coms. If a customer is not entertained by your reseller you should speak to the reseller on behalf of the customer. This is the kind of customer service that once an expect as a customer. if you are refusing to help you should stop the customer care channel completely.
