I have a device which was a part of smart upgrade and was due for an exchange. I ordered a new device in the exchange of the smart upgrade device and it was a gift for my wife on Ram Navami (10th April, 2022).
The order was showing the delivery date as 10th of April. It reached the nearest hub on 9th of April, and still it was not delivered though my address was just 2 km away from the hub.
I called the customer support number of times with no help. I connected with flipkart on facebook; however, they keep on saying that they are unable to connect me on the number given. The fact is they never called me.
I need a full compensation for this order and also the phone which I ordered.
