Dear sir,
i have placed an order on gallenplaza for
5.1 channel soundbar home theater system with Bluetooth connectivity wide Order no : #1912 dated 02 Nov 2020 for amount 899 INR & 32000mAh Power bank with free sports wireless headset wide Order no : #1915 dated 02 Nov 2020 for amount 499 INR. i have also attached the receipt and payment made to Mr vivek singh through online Mode.
since then i have not received any update for order execution, also tried to reach to site but didnt find any contact details also made attempt to write down through email, but with no response.
kinly arrange to provide refund to my purchase as its almost 18 days lapsed without any update and communication.
