Dear Sir,
This is to inform you regarding
My Zomato Order No.1001404876
I have made on dated 15/12/2018 at 2:24 PM
I have a complaint that I have not received my order at my location in lieu I have received a message from Zomato
##We couldn’t deliver this order as you were unavailable to collect the food at the mentioned address and you were not contactable. “”
I totally disagree with above statement delivered to me.
I had a chat with the chat support executive to refund my money but they denied stating that I was not contactable.
I agree that for a while I was not contactable.But Before that I tried calling Zomato Agent early but he was not reachable so it’s not my fault.
Also, I was standing outside my address location waiting for him at the point of address but I didn’t found any Zomato Agent nearby to geographic area for order delivery.
Let me also clear you one more thing for the address
I.e. I have mentioned my address in detail with Sector 10 House no 908 Malviyanagar
But the delivery person has not visited my house no 908 because if he would have visited the location my guardian or myself would have collected that as I was waiting outside the street.
Also, it’s very disappointing that Zomato is not trusting consumers statements and relying upon the Agent and your vendors statements.
All this activites shows that Zomato is leading to make profit through Unfair trade practices.
Also, it has reminded me recently viraled video where Zomato Agents was consuming customers food. May be same has happened to mine because I have not received my order at my mentioned address which is easily reachable.
I request you kindly issue me the refund also I want the compensation for the same as I was mentally harassed waiting for my food and not received.
