I placed an order on 10th July for 3 products. Order process and payment process was similar to other ecommerce website. It was looking safe when I placed an order.
I have still not received my products. There is no message or reply from them. I just noticed today it seems they used fake email id fibrefashion02@gmail.com. Even their website is not reachable and phone number mentioned is switched off.
They have already deducted money from our account. How do we verify if the website is fake or real before placing an order.
How do we get our money back ? Please help!
