Placed an order for a battery on the official online shop of Luminous on 14th November 2020. The order ID is #1000018631. The promised delivery time was between 5-7 days. Even after nearly two weeks, the order has not been delivered. No proper tracking details are provided in their website on my order page. When I call the sales support team for knowing the order status, even they themselves have no idea where my product is. All they keep telling me is that it will get delivered soon. I’m not even sure if my order has been shipped or not. Kindly provide a solution to this.
