Respected sir I have ordered boat rockerz headphones with order I’d OD326873616923605100 worth 999 on 24th December and delivery was expected by 26 dec. But product was not delivered to me me mentioned day and time was extended by 2 days means 28 dec. But again product was not delivered to me within mentioned date. And date was extended by 31st of December. But without any confirmation my product was cancelled on 29 December and money refunded to my account. After that price of the product was increased.
Now I have ordered boat airpods 131 on 1st of January 2023 with order I’d OD326944920637638100 , Expected delivery was 3rd January now again time extended for delivery by 2 days means 5th of January.
I wants to you take strict action against who is responsible for this and provide me claim for waiting for too long time. we have done online shopping for time save but if our products not delivered on time the what is the benifits to us for online shopping. . I want compensation for waiting period now. So overall I am waiting for my product from almost 12 days. Sometimes product is very important for us. If you are taking 15 days to deliver then how customers are happy from you.
I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. This is the wrost experience of online shopping with Flipkart.
