Good afternoon
I placed on order on Lotus Basket – order no. 2033 for Rs 1095/- I received an sms from no. +91 58161940 stating “Hi Genny, thanks for your purchase of Rs 1,095.00 from Lotus Basket! We will notify you when it ships’. It’s almost a month – i have sent them quite a few mails to the email id lotusbasket42@gmail.com but have not received any response. Please let me know how to go about. Thanking you in anticipation
