I have placed order of mobile on 16th october, which assured delivery date by 19th october. But I have received a call on 18th informing order is out for delivery. I further informed I wont be available,deliver on 19th itself as promised. They advised ok, but till today(27th) we haven’t received the order nor any update. When I tried to go to hub on 20th to find out they told me its a scan issue and the order will be delivered by 24th. When I questioned them again on 25th, they advised to wait for 48hrs. Today 27th, I have received a message stating issue is resolved but haven’t received the order yet. When called back and asked them, they dont have any updates. The same issue was faced by me in 2021, after 20 daya of wait order was cancelled.
