I have placed an order with Shinesummer today & paid the charges. Subsequently have received an email from them as well confirming order number SS7287.
Now I wanted to write to them with some clarification about the order, but the mails sent to their helpdesk & contact email address are bouncing back. There is no contact number available.
Please take stern action against this e-commerce website operating from Facebook. We expect Facebook to verify the credentials of the advertiser and then allow their ads on their platform.
