I had ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 15th Oct 2022, but today its 26th of October yet they haven’t delivered my order to me and giving silly excuses to wait till 25th , 27th and now 29th October and etc.
My order id of Flipkart is : OD126267781226219000
Please look into the matter, I am in a lot of duress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch but it should happen. They need to learn their mistake and pay for it.
