I ordered a set of 3 dhoti pants from meesho on 26th Jan 2023, it was delivered to me on 2nd March 2023at my home in Indore. I was not happy with the quality so I placed a return on the same day, next day courier guy called me and said “mam appka return tha kaha aana he” when I guided him about the location he said “ye to mhow ka address he” I told him “kese ho sakta he kal deliver indore me hua he” he told me he will reschedule hoga there is a mistake. I said ok later someone came and picked up the parcel from me and said message aajaega appko and the I received a message of product delivered. I placed complaints about same multiple times but there is no resolution they mis guided me many time. One Executive asked me to arrange pick slip anyhow, one told me you can go to bank check your statement refund hogya he and so on. They are not providing my refund I am an quite old customer of meesho.
